Are the products delivered to my home?
You can choose to pick up the stroller yourself or have it delivered to your home by the postal service (shipping fees differ per country). In the Netherlands you can also make use of our special home delivery service (additional €39,99). This service includes full assembly of the stroller and a demo including tips and tricks. Also, you will not have any packaging material to get rid of. After checkout, our partner will contact you about delivery methods and dates.
Can I change my stroller for another model during the subscription?
You can change your stroller to another model. For this we ask a fee of € 49,99. Of course, the new monthly fee is dependent on the stroller of choice. Please give us a call at 06 44384452 or send an e-mail to servicecenter@refurbished-kinderwagens.nl to arrange the switch.
